Brakes.

I have decided to use the wilwood brakes available from MEV rather than use the focus servo.

the pedals have been fitted and the wilwood pistons attached.

I  have now run the 3/16th copper pipe for the front and rear brake lines and for the hydraulic clutch.

each end is fitted with a standard 10mm male fitting before flaring the end.

in the next picture you can see I have made a bracket to attach the fluid reservoir to the chassis and

I have connected the copper brake pipe to the pistons as well as connected the pistons to the fluid reservoir.

instead of using the crappy standard flexible rubber brake hose for the 4 callipers, I decided to

fit some braided hose which look far better. these were supplied via www.rallydesign.co.uk

Metal bracket had to be mad to fit the 10mm female bulkhead fitting of the braided hose.

finally I have fitted the handbrake cable to the chassis and fitted a brand new handbrake cable.
