Cooling And Radiator.

Unfortunately the donor car I bought came fitted with a wide radiator that wouldn't fit in the kit

so I had to find another that did. the radiator that MEV use is off a single fan Focus,

after searching for hours in scrap yards I was unable to fine one from a focus.

I eventually found that a Renault Megane radiator fit perfectly with a few modifications to the mounts.

running the pipe work in was a complete nightmare. I ended up buying loads of pipes from different

cars which had different angles and cut these pipe until they fit securing the joints with aluminium pipe and hose clips.

At the engine end of the car a bracket was required to mount the Water reservoir

and the pipes were connected up using the same method as the front pipes.

Because of lack of space this task was a complete pain in the arse
